The first step is to check all of your paperwork. The model number can be found on the papers for the watch, receipt, warranty card and occasionally on the case. If you don't have access to these documents, some brands include the reference number on the caseback engraving. Include as many pictures as you can, including the caseback and our buyers will check this for you if you cannot find it.
